AI Audit

A written plan for where AI fits in your firm.

After a 60-minute call and a read-only look at your tools, you get a written report in three working days: what to automate first, what it saves, what each workflow costs to build and what to leave alone.

What you get

What the report gives you

  • A map of how your firm runs

Where documents arrive, who touches them and what gets re-keyed, written down so the whole team can see it.

  • Opportunities ranked by hours saved

Each candidate workflow scored on time saved, effort and build cost per workflow, so you know what to build first and what can wait.

  • How to do it safely

How each workflow stays within UK GDPR and your regulator's expectations, with a person approving the output.

  • What to leave alone

Work that should stay with your people, and tools you already own that can do the job without a new build.

Two pages of an AI Audit report: a ranked table of six workflows with hours saved, build cost, approval point and priority, then what to leave alone, risks and next steps.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. A 60-minute call

We agree what the audit covers, who in the firm to speak to, and which tools we may look at, read-only.

  2. We map the firm

We talk to the people who do the work and look at the tools they use. No client data is needed.

  3. You receive the report

A written, ranked plan in plain English, with the reasoning behind every recommendation.

  4. We walk you through it

Your questions answered, and a clear view of what comes next if you want to go ahead.

The audit is a plan, not a build.

Nothing is built or connected to your systems during the audit. You can act on the report with us, with another team or on your own.

How it stays safe

A person approves it, and you can explain it.

A workflow that cannot be explained to a compliance officer should not exist.

  • Human approval on every workflow, no exceptions
  • UK GDPR built in: UK/EU hosting, no-training AI providers, a DPA first
  • You own the build: your accounts, your documentation, no lock-in
  • One person from the first call to the handover
Questions

What firms ask before they call.

What do you need from us?

A 60-minute call with the people who do the work, and read-only sight of the tools you use. We do not need access to client data for the audit.

Do you give a price before the audit?

No. We do not give estimated prices before the audit. The report includes the build cost per workflow, so you decide with real numbers for your firm.

Do we have to build anything with you afterwards?

No. The audit stands on its own. If you want to go ahead, the next step is AI Automation, one workflow at a time.

How does the audit treat UK GDPR and our regulator?

Every recommendation says what data is involved, where it is processed and who approves the output, so you can judge it against your own obligations.

Who checks the output of anything you later build?

Your team. Every workflow ends in an approval queue, and nothing is posted, filed or sent until a person approves it.
