2. Business outreach: how we do it
We only send unsolicited emails to people in their business role at limited companies, LLPs and other corporate bodies. We do not email sole traders or partnerships without consent. Every email says who we are and includes a working unsubscribe link; one click removes you from all future outreach and adds you to a suppression list so you are not contacted again. We keep a record of where each contact's details came from and will tell you on request.
4. International transfers
We keep data in the UK or EU wherever we can. Where a provider processes data outside the UK (for example, parts of Anthropic, OpenAI, Resend or Google infrastructure in the United States), we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision where one applies.
5. Security
Access to systems is limited to named people with least-privilege permissions, protected by strong authentication. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The admin area of this site is restricted and logged. If we ever discover a breach that puts you at risk, we will tell you and the ICO as the law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to: tell you what data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; stop using it for a particular purpose; give it to you in a portable format; or stop processing it while we check a complaint. You can object to direct marketing at any time and we will stop immediately. Email contact@teoq.co.uk; we reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Children
The site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top tells you when. Significant changes are announced on the site.
